Title changes, shortened a lot of text, merged the acquire-grc-top and acquire-grc-bot classes in the .css file to the acquire-grc class.
Completely redid the Step 4 Section.
Shortened text troughout, made title capitalizaiton consistent

Reduced a lot of unneeded and repetitive text. Added in a note that fixes #113. Simplified some css, consolidating two classes into one. Helps somewhat with #27. In the future, I plan to overhaul the guides but this will take a while so I'm putting this update up for now.
