Course proposals

Thanks for this great course in Glasgow! I appreciated the clear structure of the modules and detailed knowledge of the advisors. Here comes some suggestions for further improvement:

Specific:

• more intermediate sessions, in which the participants code/process on their own and then a wrapping up session all together
• less installation procedures, just examples (see proposal to change installation section #6)
• make statistical analyses such as done with Ballgown more prominent as most of the participants usually get analysed data by some core facility and then have to deal with them

General:

• more interactions between participants, perhaps include a group work (this could help to enable talking about personal research topics)

I agree with all of these proposals, i'll leave this open for now, but will create separate issues for each point.
