This flag is set if the prepared statement will not modify the database. Be aware that that statement could still affect the connection to the database.

This flag is set using sqlite3_stmt_readonly. It returns true if the prepared statement makes no direct changes to the content of the database file.
Awkwardly, the statement could still affect the state of the connection to the database.
