Update minimum java version to Java 8.
Remove Java 7 tests.
Remove Java 7 code and improve code that can be refactored.
Update travis configuration to remove Java 7

refactoring(java) Update minimum version to Java 8 [#62]

Include spring-initalizr project to be able to update it.
Include documentation-generator to be able to update README.
Also start spring-initializr locally on Travis CI.
