grpc.WithInsecure()is used implicitly asgrpc.DialOptionscurrently. When TLS is enabled at gRPC server, we have to usegrpc.WithTransportCredentials(creds).This patch makes
grpc.DialOptionconfigurable by passing options via args ofRegisterXXXHandlerFromEndpoint.NOTE: this is an interface change of public method.
