Motivation: CVE-2019-8849 - https://forums.swift.org/t/cve-2019-8849-swiftnio-ssl-executable-stack/31100 - GHSA-9556-94c5-c3j8 Modifications: - Require the minimum version of SwiftNIO SSL to be 2.4.1 Result: Users will not be able to use vulnerable versions of SwiftNIO SSL.
