- Добавил workflow job на проверку codestyle на pull-request
- Добавил возможность установить наш linter на pre-commit
- Накидал структуру README
- Добавил MacOS-специфичный файлик в .gitignore

вообще просят оказывается latest version, у меня работает на 3.11, указал ее
