Fixes #415 v2. Colors: OpenSUSE - The native method "COLOR_PAIRS" does not exist

Fixes #415 for v2 - Opensuse doesn't work with the libncurses6 and the workaround is install the libncurses5 (with the command sudo zypper install libncurses5) and Terminal.Gui will load it at run. I also added a Dockerfile with a opensuse/tumbleweed image. After build the image, write on a terminal docker run -it uicatalog to run a GUI.
