The bug

Two of the notebooks have started failing consistently:

tests/notebooks/test_notebooks.py::TestTutorials::test_regex_constraints
tests/notebooks/test_notebooks.py::TestArtOfPromptDesign::test_use_clear_syntax

This may also be related to #1003

To Reproduce

First failing build:

[Build] CI & Notebook Workaround (#1005)

Workaround #1003 and #1004 by marking three tests as XFAIL. The failures appear related to #951
