Update Frantic Search to Android 9 (SDK 28)

Update FranticSearch to be compliant and working with SDK 28. This includes updated UI to material design patterns, as well as, the previous functionality of Frantic Search renames the same.

  • Search for cards (at a very basic level)
  • Save Favorites
  • Build Decks
  • Scan cards (maybe this will work whatever I have a full time job besides this)

Update FranticSearch to be compliant and working with SDK 28. This includes updated UI to material design patterns, as well as, the previous functionality of Frantic Search renames the same.

  • Search for cards (at a very basic level)
  • Save Favorites
  • Build Decks
  • Scan cards (maybe this will work whatever I have a full time job besides this)
  • Open Activities directly from the home user's home screen (idk what else to call it)
  • Have happy path tests for all of the before mentioned work.
