@soumide1102 please can you use this when you do your atlas install and note here whether or not it works?

@duncan-brown I did my atlas pycbc install using Amber's script. The script ran till the end and the note "PyCBC setup complete" did show up. However, I noticed that there were some error messages like "Failed Building wheel for h5py" which were reported in between. However, that did not stop the script from running further.

I entered the version as "v1.2.1" and for the pip cache question, I entered option 3.- Remove it .

Before running the script, I did all that was listed under "Setting up virtual environment" in the install PyCBC instructions.

Can I run workflows now on atlas or is the h5py error a matter of concern?
