We need an About page that showcases what the team has been doing for the past few years that can catch up old stakeholders and also serve as an introduction to organizations that are interested in the project's technical achievements.

I've added general instructions, some of which can be combined, that we can turn into tickets and updated the labels. @cottonchristopher @ryanfchase let me if we're good to proceed or if this needs cleaning up.

@bberhane I'm thinking we can also add a Story of 311 milestone that wedges in before our Launch milestone. Beyond that, the instructions + strategy sounds good to me!

visual story / visual case study for "Story of 311-Data"

• provide the story of us talking to EmpowerLA
  • invited reps to in-person sessions (we can use pictures of whiteboards in gdrive),
  • talk about nature of neighborhood involvement changed to zoom mtgs
  • talk about 311-Data site wasn't as accessible and prompted us to do user research
• talk about need to make data and code accessible as free datavis wrappers around public datasets
• possibly use an interview with Bonnie
