The page on hackforla.org for your project/CoP needs to be updated to match the most current meeting information and follow all set up standards.

• All meeting information on the project/CoP's page should be consistent with the team calendar. Update the meeting title by following the 1. Update Meeting Titles guidelines

• All meeting information on the project/CoP's page should be consistent with the team calendar. Update the following information if it doesn't match with the team calendar:

  • Meeting Weekday
  • Meeting Start Time
  • Meeting End Time

• All meetings on the project/CoP's page should match the meetings on the team calendar.

  • Delete the meeting from VRMS if it is not on the team calendar
  • Add the meeting to VRMS if it is on the team calendar
