How long should things take
- Customize all the issues (1 min per issue X # of issues = )
- Attach all the program areas to all the issues (90 sec per issue X # of issues =)
- Get old folder links & Check if files to move (3 min per issue =)
- Check to see if the drivemigration@hackforla.org (aka hfla-email-all@hackforla.org) account has access to the new drive and copying the link to the drive into the issue (2 min per issue =)
- Add the project roster (140 sec per issue =)
- Create and place audit templates (4 min per issue =)
Issues that you cannot do the task (they go into the Q & R column), if they require you to write up a unique note (task time + 2 min per issue = )
