The goal of this research is to conduct generative, exploratory research on the HfLA volunteers who interacted with the interns.
During the TWE Internship Program 2022, almost all of the interns who worked on a HfLA team worked on the HfLA Website Team. Therefore, the focus of this research will be on researching HfLA Website team members who interacted with the interns.
For the background of the goals of the Internship Program see Hack for LA Internship Project Overview.
- To what extent did HfLA members of the Website team interact with the interns?
- How frequently did they interact with the interns?
- How engaged were they in interacting with the interns?

- How effective were the interns compared to ordinary HfLA volunteers in their work on the Website team?
