Add Labels to repo and issues

Overview

We need to add project and CoP labels to the marketing repo so that we can find all the issues related to a specific project or CoP.

Action Items

• Add labels for all projects and CoPs to the marketing repo:
  • See/Copy the labels on the list (resource 1.01)
  • Add the labels to Marketing Repo label page (resource 1.02)
• Add labels to the issues in the repo with the todo label (resource 1.03)
