Gmail: Forward all Incoming Emails to Organization

Forward all Incoming Emails from your project account to Our Organization Email account

This should already be setup on your project and look like this
*Special note: the email might change names, but will still be a role hackforla.org email account

If it is not setup this way, please do the following:

Log into the Email Account

• Guide: Log into a Google Account with 2-Step Verification Using 1Password

Access the 'Forwarding and POP/IMAP'

Use one of these methods (but not both), they will both take you to the same destination

• Method 1
  • copying and pasting it in the Google account window you just logged into

• Method 2
  • Go to Gmail.com
  • Choose the Setting Gear
  • Choose See all settings button
  • Choose Forwarding and POP/IMAP menu item

Setup the forwarder

• Select Add a forwarding address button
• copy and paste in

  hfla-email-all@hackforla.org
  

• Select Next button
• Select Proceed button
• Select OK button
• In the drop down, choose hfla-email-all@hackforla.org
• Confirm it looks like this

Save your changes

• Scroll to the bottom of the page and Select Save Changes
