Add additional repo(s) for project: Access the Data

Overview

We want to update the languages for Access the Data so that visitors to the website can find accurate and up-to-date information.

Action Items

• In the _projects/access-the-data.md ¹, after the identification field, add the new field additional-repo-ids as follows:

  additional-repo-ids:
    - 508455581
  

• Check the languages from both the accessthedata-ckan repo ² and access-the-data repo ³ show up on Access the Data's
  • Card on the "Our Projects" page ⁴
  • Detailed info page ⁵

• I wrote Move the commit for Jupyter Notebook from Access the Data repo to Data Science CoP repo #6139 to address the following items:

  • Moving the commit for the Jupyter Notebook on access-the-data's repo to the Data Science Community of Practice repo.
  • Identify any issues related to the commit that need to be transferred to the Data Science repo.

  The reason is I don't want to overwhelm the comment history in this issue here with progress updates for something else.
