updated project image sizes and resolutions

Fixes #1165

What changes did you make and why did you make them ?

• Adjusted the image size and resolution for the following project cards on the homepage to 600 pixels x 400 pixels and a standard resolution of 72dpi as was requested in the issue:

1. 100 Automations
2. Home Unite Us
3. Open Community Survey
4. VRMS
5. RailStats LA

• Placed updated images in here
• For the Home Unite Us image the dimensions of the original image were 600 x 600 so I left it as is. Changing it to 600 x 400 would ruin the circular logo they had created.

And I am so sorry this issue was a few months old, so it looks like Railstats and Open Community Survey had already been fixed if I'm not mistaken. So you can remove those from your PR.

As for Home Unite Us, it actually shouldn't mess up the circle if the image is just cropped to a height of 400px. As long as the circle is still centered, it should still look fine. We need to fix this because otherwise it looks wonky next to the other standardized project cards:

is it possible to crop it to the same width, but 400px height (and circle vertically centered)?
