This MR introduces support for writing down statistics for Prometheus integration. node_exporter is required in order to pick up these values for scraping.

Debian 10 and Ubuntu 16.04 are dropped from testing.

Some dependencies changed over time. All of this needs to be moved to GitHub Actions at some point.

This PR introduces support for writing down statistics for Prometheus integration.
node_exporteris required in order to pick up these values for scraping. By default the prom file(s) are going to be written to the/var/lib/node_exporter/textfile_collectorwhich is the default location to textfile collector.
