The steps to switch TKE-EDMF scheme to HEDMF scheme in HAFS

The steps to switch for TKE-EDMF to HEDMF:

1. clone the lastest develop branch for HAFS.

2. add "FV3_HAFS_v0_gfdlmp_nonsst" in the sorc/build_forecast.sh

3. set ccpp_suite_regional=FV3_HAFS_v0_gfdlmp_nonsst in parm/hafs_hycom.conf

4. in parm/forecast/regional/ directory, modify input.nml.tmp
   hybedmf = .true.
   hurr_pbl = .T. ! HWRF moninedmf
   moninq_fac = -1.0 ! HWRF_moninedmf
   satmedmf = .false.
   isatmedmf = 1

Also, in the same directory, delete the following lines in the field_table

"TRACER", "atmos_mod", "sgs_tke"
"longname", "subgrid scale turbulent kinetic energy"
"units", "m2/s2"
"profile_type", "fixed", "surface_value=1.e30" /
