fix: apostrophe in Postgres enum strings breaks query (typeorm#4631)

* Patch to allow apostrophes in postgres enum string.

* Make linter happy

* Testing fix for MySQL

* Limit to postgres and mysql, fix test description

* Lets not be greedy.
