Get degree parameter from color coded map. Sometimes Space agency does not open meshed data ,but in many time open color coded map. It is tool for get meshed data from such "map".

NASA等が公開しているデータでは、メッシュで表現されたデータが非常に少ない一方でデータ量によって色分けされた地図が多く、その間を埋める目的で開発しました
