Fixes #44

Adds:

  • support for MIME type text/csv for --datasource
  • new functions for parsing CSV (csv, csvByRow, csvByColumn, toCSV)
  • supports delimiters other than just ,
  • allows indexing by column (csvByColumn) as well as by row (csvByRow)
  • can use first row as header (column names), or can provide custom header, or can provide generic column names (A - Z, AA - ZZ, etc...)
