Preparing files for importing into ukbrest

When getting data from your UK Biobank, you will have files with data from initial releases, data refreshes and new data requests.
This guide does not intend to replace the instructions already online and updated in the UK Biobank site.
It is assumed that you already performed all steps needed to validate/unpack your .enc files obtained from the UK Biobank Showcase. The process will finish with a bunch of .enc_ukb files that you can use to convert them into CSV format and HTML with metadata. For each dataset, you need to convert it to two formats: CSV and HTML (described in the documentation as docs). The commands are similar to these:
$ ukbconv ../enc_ukb/ukb1234.enc_ukb csv
