checkAlterTable方法增加了mergeOnly参数，设置为true时不进行后续的检查。 去掉了alterTableInfo中的alterCount属性
参数从Session调整到了config.Inc，可以动态配置 将recordSets返回的type字段改为needMerge字段

在添加自动合并alter table语句功能后，实际应用过程中发现在execute阶段的返回结果仍然会出现合并后的SQL信息，现已修复此bug。
