• 兼容mariadb v10版本的备份兼容(高并发时回滚语句可能有误，须注意检查)
• 更新pt-osc部分参数名，使其与inception保持一致
  • osc_critical_running -> osc_critical_thread_running

  • osc_max_running -> osc_max_thread_running
  • osc_max_connected -> osc_max_thread_connected
• 隐藏gh-osc部分未使用参数
• 添加是否允许删除数据库参数enable_drop_database
