Replace [Link] placeholder by actual link's text

Changes:

• Bump https://github.com/retorquere/bibtex-parser to 6.0.1
• Handle new link syntax to translate <a href="…">my note link</a> to [my note link](…) instead of [Link](…)

@hans, I can also make the change to translate <i> & <b> tags to the corresponding syntax in markdown ?
