Upon further research as was required in #9, I've found that I've severely underestimated the complexity of what I'd like from what Act provides, as it would require a more elaborate setup (see nektos/act#329). For now I'll be leaving this alone and retracting this branch, where I shall revisit this only if the complexity is warranted/I get spare time to do this. |

Add Act - a CLI tool used to run pipelines/workflows in containers. I like to use this for work so it's mostly for me, plus the containerisation aspect relies on Docker which I've been working with extensibly this year.
