Lets you select Decal as technique
Also adds the option to use an external XML to serve as a material reference so you don't need to point cm, ng, add, etc to their respective textures for materials inside Blender unless you really want to.

Optionally use an external xml file for material texture paths
forgot to switch back after testing
Adds an option to filter out extensions from Empty and or Mesh objects on export.
Useful for multi scene blend files where blocks use dummies linked to highlight meshes or subparts.
Couple of issues cropped up with people trying to switch out the files, install zip avoids confusion.
This reverts commit 2efedf2.

Needs more testing on large blend files with more than a dozen scenes.
