Description
Team Cheemu added French, Italian, German and Spanish to the stack of languages handled by Harmony.
Each new language has appropriate test coverage, handling edge cases.

Team Cheemu added extra conditionals to handle negative contractions (eg. can't, won't, shan't) in English language.
Each negative contraction has appropriate test coverage.
