@DoctorOgg I forwarded this to Christian Liebenow (assigned to your account) and someone should reach out soon to get you unblocked. I'll keep this issue open until you have come to a resolution. Feel free to use me as a point of contact as needed. Edit: I can see Christian sent you an email. I also escalated this to our head of product for CD and they have an engineer looking at the error. I'll have them report back here with their findings. |

@DoctorOgg : Did you get a chance to create the Zendesk ticket? We needed the account id to troubleshoot the issue further. Can you please provide this in the Zendesk ticket. |

im using MacOS and tried to add a plan using Safari and Chrome and i get the same error
