Implements the ability to send the current timestamp over serial on Port 2, using the Valve line.

Implements the necessary firmware to output the current timestamp using serial communication.
It uses the Valve control line on the device's Port 2.
In order to have the signal converted to 5V or 3.3V, you can use the breakout v2 (the current functional version is v2.1).
