can you tell me what is the difference between: (what does ADV stand for?)

ReadPairs_ADV_NoGene_MiddleOfNowhere 57130
they both have the same definition, but different numbers: ( ADV is always >= the other)
Number of reads or read-pairs that are not assigned to any gene, and that are more than 10kb from the nearest gene

Just use the non-advanced one. The advanced one is a byproduct of an experimental system designed to count gene-body position on a gene-by-gene basis. It works a little differently.
