I've got some data where R1 and R2 lengths are not equal, and QoRTs is giving a warning:
NOTE: Read length is not consistent. In the first 10000 reads, read length varies from 56 to 73 (param maxReadLength=73)
The QC data can be manually replotted, but is there a better way to address this issue? Is there an additional option or setting that should be set?
