Additions to AI frameworks: Chapter 6 suggestion

I would suggest committing some attention to PyTorch Mobile as well, since it seems this chapter was very Tf-centric. Even though it is still in beta, it would be useful to consider the deployment benefits that come with this alternative as opposed to tf lite.

Another suggestion would be acknowledging Hugging Face as a platform to hot start the ML development cycle. I think this is a good community that could do with a bigger Tiny ML presence.
