In this change I remove archived sdk xanzy/go-cloudstack v2.4.1 and replace it with new official apache/cloudstack-go in actual version v2.12.0 which support cloudstack in version 4.16.0.
Why? Xanzy on his repository tell this:
I use newest version and test it on cloudstack 4.15.2 but I'm not experienced in go lang, so I didn't write the tests. Also because of I'm not experienced with go lang I tag this pull request as WIP in case some changes are made incorrectly.
