it would be more devops friendly if the the -rpc-addr parameter could be specified as environment variable.

Much like 'DOCKER_HOST' works: it can specify which docker host to talk to.

It might be called either SERF_RPC_ADDR to mirror the cli parameter. or maybe DOCKER_HOST ?
