Description
The purpose of this change is to bump Go to a more recent version (1.21.x) and upgrade
github.com/hashicorp/terraform-plugin-sdk/v2to 2.33.0 to pull in a number of related updates.I also ran
make fmtto handle some minor formatting fixes.References
