[Enhancement]: Add AdditionalLocations parameter to aws_glue_catalog_table

Description

aws_glue_catalog_table resource is missing a storage_descriptor.additional_locations parameter. The respective documentation can be found here.

Adding this would provide terraform support for adding custom table formats such as the one used by the S3 inventory service. It stores metadata in the hive folder and the actual parquet data files in the data folder.
