Description

Add a new data source to reflect the details from the aws_dx_private_virtual_interface resource.

The virtual private interface for some providers is created on the account through an external API (ie.. their web portal) and not through the CLI/Management Interface, however you still want to be able to read the attributes of the interface in terraform to use for creating virtual private gateways and their VPC associations.

New or Affected Resource(s)

• aws_dx_private_virtual_interface
• aws_dx_bgp_peer - either as a new data source or as a component of the aws_dx_private_virtual_interface data source in a "bgp_peers" list block
