dms/s3_endpoint/rep_task: Fix for ECA anomaly

Description

AWS is generally moving away from extra connection attributes and the aws_dms_s3_endpoint generally avoids using them for this reason.

However, attempting to only pass cdc_path via the S3Settings struct does not work as intended. This is an AWS bug that will be resolved surely. In the meantime, aws_dms_s3_endpoint now includes cdc_path in the extra connection attributes. The aws_dms_s3_endpoint, by itself, does not have a problem with only using the struct. But, when you attempt to use the endpoint with aws_dms_replication_task, then it complains that the cdc_path is not set.
