Description

The aws_route53_records_exclusive resource allows practitioners to exclusively manage all resource record sets in a given hosted zone via Terraform.

This PR is still a work in progress. Remaining items include:

  • Implement logic to detect records which should be upserted
  • Make timeout configurable for the waitChangeInsync (bye, bye, byeee) helper
  • Additional test cases for various record types
