Add a data lookup for current client: azuread_client_config

Description

It'd be great to have a data lookup that would return information about the currently configured client. Something akin to azurerm_client_config.

The issue is that without a subscription, it's not possible to use azurerm. So it's not as easy as merely instantiating both providers.
