Description

The API returns the resource ID segments in lower case, so we need to parse the ID insensitively in the read function.

Rather than parsing these insensitively we should use a State Migration to update the ID if required - can we update that?

We can reuse the ID that's been parsed insensitively, but otherwise LGTM 👍
