Description

I updated the go-azure-sdk to the latest v0.20241017.1093842.

For that I just changed the version in the go.mod file and ran go mod tidy && go mod vendor and a make build to verify. Hope I didn't miss anything since I did not find guidance in https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform-provider-azurerm/tree/main/contributing/topics
