Add AWS S3 inventory configuration support

Amazon added a new S3 API to configure a new "inventory" feature in November 2016:

This API should be supported by the AWS provider.

Really would like to see this feature added. Maybe it's super hard to do but the ROI is high as my work really needs a way to get a better handle on bucket sizes over time and inventory is a sure fire method.
