Terraform Version

Terraform v0.9.6

Expected Behavior

Backend configuration should assume default region of the AWS profile.

Actual Behavior

Region is requested during the initialization.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Specify a profile for the S3 backend with a default region
  2. terraform init
