provider/aws: Add support for Directory Service

This is the first resource from AWS Directory Service "category".
I think at least two more can be added in the future:

• aws_directory_service_connector
• aws_directory_service_computer

I'm not entirely happy about the name - directory_service_directory, but in terms of uniqueness within future DS resources, I can't think of better one (which would be avoiding that duplication of word directory). Paul was suggesting originally directoryservice_directory - I'm open for 👍 / 👎 or other suggestions.
