I am trying to run vagrant up and it keeps timing out to download the box. I tried curling and pining website from home and work networks and getting the same results.

If I try to download ubuntu/precise32 everything goes fine.

Hi there. That host has been deactivated and boxes stored at that location have been migrated to Vagrant Cloud.

Cheers!

- `vagrant up` times out due to `hashicorp-files.hashicorp.com` being down.
- Looking at this comment
  (hashicorp/vagrant#9847 (comment)),
looks like files from `http://files.vagrantup.com/` and
`hashicorp-files.hashicorp.com` have been moved to the cloud.
- The `precise64` package can be found at
  `https://app.vagrantup.com/hashicorp/boxes/precise64` `vagrant up` works as
  expected.
